How Department of Post misleading the consumers

Dear Friends,
How Department of Post misleading the consumers. The attached link reflects that the Department of Posts has introduced Internet Banking Service and I have been trying to register my account for the past two months. Since I could not succeed in registering, I sent a formal request for providing login details and complied to all procedural formalities as stated on their website. Surprisingly Department of post stated in response to my request that the internet banking is not statred till date. The question is why to befool consumers?
