Can a restaurant charge more than MRP

Dear friends,
In YUM YUM CHA restaurant in Khan market New Delhi has the MRP of catch water @ Rs.60/- whereas the MRP in open market is Rs 25/- (Source Google Search and local Market) and which is billed it is billed for Rs.95/-
1. Do the supplies of these types of products have duel pricing by the company separate for eating houses for the same type of products.
2. Can a restaurant charge more than MRP and plus take service charges from the consumers.
It amounts to cheating with consumers.
Please Join together to stop these type of malpractices in the market report the matter to concerned authorities (be a sNo automatic alt text available.mart consumer) or complaint at www.dignityindia.org
far as I know, there can be separate MRP if the restaurant has ordered the same from the manufacturer. For ex if you buy a coke can in an indigo flight, it comes for 100 with the same MRP. But charging above the MRP should be reported.
