Dear Sir,

Government has reduced GST rate on restaurants from 18% to 5% but McDonalds , Hard castle restaurants pvt ltd,
A McDonald Family restaurant having
GST No 27AAAFH1333H1ZT has not reduced price 13% after reduced GST from 18% to 5%. 

They have increased price and reduction of GST rate they have not passed on to consumers. final cost they are taking from consumers is same @ rate of GST 18% or 5%.

Please find attached herewith bill no 210 dated 7/11/2017 and bill no 320 dated 15/11/2017. Item is Reg Latte and final price is same Rs 142/- they are taking from consumers with GST. 

GST 5% or GST 18% consumer is not benefitted. MC Donald is benefitted by increasing price. Consumer is looted by McDonald.

You are requested to take strict action against McDonald's and recover all the looted money from them and deposit it in consumer welfare fund also penalise them heavily.
