I am a resident of a very small village named Kheri patti in West UP. There is a road which was constructed under PMGSY From Village Bhajju to Village Kabaraut via Kheri Patti, Bhikka Majra and Bahawari. Road is in now worse condition and i have complaint many times through Meri Sadak App however there is no response till now. Please help as people are facing issues because of this.

Road not constructed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yogna

Dear Sir/Madam

I Mr. Pankaj Singh on behalf of "Atta Uttar Tolla" Village having resident of Village- Atta Uttar Tolla, P.o- Mirjapur, P.S- Marhaura, Dist. Saran (Chapra), Bihar Pin- 84149 do hereby inform you that our village having population of 1000 and above does not have proper road connectivity to the main road. The existing road is made of brick and it is almost vanished. The main road distance from our village is around 3 KM during rainy season it becomes very tough for children to go their school and normal people to their work and therefore we and our village is backward and not at the par to our neighbour village "Shilori". In order to get proper road facilities we have approached to several authority but nothing transpired well to us till today.Therefore we the villager have no other option to complain.

In order get the proper connectivity (road) We the villagers humbly request you to kindly accord your sanction for construction of concrete all weather road to our village for which we shall forever remain grateful to you.

With due respect and honor we, the people of the village Chanokund (Karunapuram) request to bring your kind notice regarding the Chanokund bridge connecting the hill highway- Taliparamba to Alakode via Oduvalli (Kannur district-Kerala) is become unsafe due to non-maintenance. The bridge has constructed by Alakode Raja in 1960’s, and current condition of bridge is un-explainable. The main problems is the bridge is connecting by uphill road to both sides.
As it is a high range area,
• All Villagers are used to their day by day life’s
• Lots of Vehicles (Passenger & Transport) are used to connect between towns,
• Most of Students are travelling in between collages through this bridge,
• Moreover, accident ratio is increased by day-by-day.
Hence the construction of a new bridge on this route has become urgent.

In view of the above facts, we request you to kindly look into the matter and we keep hope on your respective action.

Non Maintenance of PMGSY

Sir I am Retd Subedar Suresh Kumar N from Villege-Ezhukone, PO Ampalathumkal, Dist- Kollam, State Kerala. In the part of Pradhan Mantri Grameen sadak Yoyjana a road was constructed from Ampalathumkal to Kakkakkottor Mahadevar Temple in Ezhukone Villege, Ezhukone Panchayath, Kollam Dist, Kerala State befor fifteen years and it is presently in very bad condition. There is no any maintenance since its construction and it is now very dangerous to travel especially for two wheeler. You are requsted to maintain the road as soon as possible so that the children of our village remember the value of our hon Prim Minister. Thank Tou

Respected sir, my village pmgsy road sanction and this road work started , work start date 02/12/2014,work completion date 01/12/2015, boomipoojan program was done 16/07/2015, few villager demond other route on a bridge , local MP,s and MLA and mprrda GM decided this sanction road convert to other route , but this producers is not properly (1) take proposal on program place by local leader order, proposal is not Gram sabha and not majority, this proposal is not record in grampanchayat.(2) MP,s statement and written order ordering ,sanction road not available govt land for making road, so not fair.(3) Local MLA statement is other villager demond route change, so not fair. So sir not properly way or not following the Pmgsy guidelines Jan 2015, under local leader after work order, bhoomipujan, again 30/07/2016, take new approval by District panchayat for route change, Sir we are properly submit our Gram panchayt proposal and application, sanction route is proper maintain Pmgsy guidelines, and this route connected other panchat demond was sanction road to make sanction route, we are last one year properly legal producer on through MPs , MLA, District panchayat, Janpad panchayat, D.M. ,SDM .and Mprrda piu 2, CM helpline, We are reg letter sand, PMO, CM, NRRDA,MPRRDA, MP GOVT, COMMISNER, and responsible deportment, but not our problem solve, MPs and MLA are promise to making both road , 04/11/2015, but one side judgment and sanction road , convet to other route, and work start . मैं ग्राम - तकिया पोस्ट- ऐरवाकटरा , तहसील -विधूना जिला- औरैया उत्तर प्रदेश का निवासी हूँ । मेरे गाँव की आबादी लगभग 200 है। मेरे गाँव से मुख्य सड़क से 2 किलोमीटर का संपर्क मार्ग निर्माण आज तक नहीं हो पाया है।इस गॉव के लिए सबसे बड़ी समस्या सड़क हे। बारिश में लोगो , बच्चे स्कूल जाने में समस्या का सामना करते हे। यहाँ तक की हमारे गाँव के लिए कोई भी सड़क शहर से नहीं जुडी है।बरसात में लोगों को बहुत दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ता है। जिसके वजह से गावँ में किसी प्रकार का विकास नहीं हो पा रहा है ।
अतः आप से विनम्र निवेदन है कि गावँ के विकास के लिए जल्द से जल्द संपर्क मार्ग का निर्माण करवाने की कृपा करें।

Complaint against poor conditions of road despite being renovated.

Respected sir,
This is the complaint agains the poor conditions of recently renovated road at Kotkha. The name of the road is Pandli panchayat road and this road falls under the Pandli Panchayat of Tehsil Kotkhai, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Sir, the road was renovated hardly 2 months ago and it falls under PRADHAN MANTRI GRAM SADAK YOJNA ( PMGSY) and the funds were also released under this act but the money was not utilised properly and even the local Public Works Department and the local contractor who was alloted the tender did not pay a heed to regurlarly check the renovation work under process. Sir, it has hardly been a month and there are several pot holes in the road which causes inconvenience and frequent damage of vehicles.
Sir, it would be realy greatful and helpful If you could please look into the matter as soon as possible .

Non-execution of PMGSY Road -reg.

Sir/Madam,
The katchcha Road, Chimta Purba to Chimta Paschim(2.664 km) i.e.[Kharampur to Chimta SSK School] of Village- Chimta, Under Block- Hasnabad, Gram Panchayet - Murarisah, Dist- North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, was sanctioned under PMGSY scheme vide Package no.Pachchim Banga. WB.01/127 (Approved Agency M/s. R K SARKAR : A/9/448 Kalyani, Dist.-Nadia, WB and fixed for completion that work on 24-05-2014. After lapse of two years, the same is not yet completed. The condition of the village road is too worse to walk in all seasons. It is mostly affected to the student who have to go to their school crossing the about two miles. The villagers of Chimta are belongs to SC/ST community for which it seems to have been neglected for delay in completion the road. Please intervene the case to expedite the completion keeping in view of hassles of the villagers. Kindly find the attachment for ready reference.
