I am usually buy things from paytm and flipkart. But first time i switched to myntra to buy something for the special occassion and before placing order i confirmed from myntras customer care executive she assured me that once the item come in our warehouse we will deliver it to you in 1 to 2 days. But they take 10 days to deliver the product to the location just 150 km far from delhi. even there tracking app shows me that you will get the product on 4th of oct and i got it on 5th of oct. And this delay ruin someones birthday moment. In between those days i call many time to myntra they told me that the matter is concerned to delhivery as delhivery is the logistic agent and when i called to delhivery they told me to talk to myntra, I called many times everyday to myntra and delhivery and every time they do one thing as they told that "sir we are attaching your request and your delivery will get special attention". I got harassed mentally in those days as this is the matter concerned to gift someone on a special moment that will get ruined coz of these delay in service. So its my suggestion if you want to order something that are related to time bound moment or for some occassion never go for myntra. Instead go for flipkart or paytm they deliver much before the time as they shows as delivery date.

Not Refunding Money

I ordered a Kurta from Myntra on May 26, received it on May 27 and returned it at 10 AM on May 28th. I got the cal from delivery guy saying that the product has been used (If anyone could use the product with the TAG on it), because it has smell. He spoke very rudely as if blaming me. I called up Myntra customer service and they told me there won't be any issue. Now from last 20 days, they are shuttling the issue, and at one point asked me to send the images of the product. Can you believe it? Send the images of the product which is not with me even. And the issue....the product has smell..c'mon when you couldn't find any other excuse, you are creating one. Now I have to send them emails daily to ask for my money or the product. They have thrice given me deadlines June 3rd, June 5th and June 10th to close the issue.

My learning is: if you have a lot of spare time or money to follow up with Myntra or not to bother about refund, then only order from Myntra. They just give false promises but are seriously deficient and incapable of handing refund and return process.

Myntra is good in delivery and prices but if they can't issue refund or accept the product back because of silly reasons, it's not worth the trouble.

P.S. the issue is still not resolved and I am most willing to share the whole bunch of email exchange with Myntra if anyone interested.

Myntra is simply a cheat

Myntra is simply ridicules and worst customer service I have ever experienced from. I have lodged a complaint this morning around 12 pm mentioning that I received a delivery information for my ordered product yesterday along with the delivery boy's information but as I was not available in my office(shipping address) yesterday , I asked the person to come today post 1 pm for the delivery.
Then today at 11.45 AM I received a call from myntra delivery boy named Shomnath Dolai that he is in the reception area for the delivery which was actually supposed to be post 1 pm. I said the same to the delivery boy and to my utter shock he said that if he needs to come back again then I will have to come down the stairs and out of the building to collect the delivery as he will not go upstairs for the second time. This was disturbing and threatening for me to hear such a thing and I protested that as I have already conveyed my availability info myself yesterday and I should not be listening to this. The person was adamant that I will have to come out of my office building to collect it or else it will not be delivered. I was scared why a delivery agent would ask a woman to come out of her office premises to collect the product, this can surely go against my safety as I am unsure why a person would force me to do that when being an office building 100s of delivery agents comes up to offices for delivery every day and this should not be different as per my past experience with myntra.
I immediately lodged a complaint with myntra customer care and I was ensured by the customer care executive that my product delivery would be done door step and they will take necessary action and by hearing this I was sure I will get my product on correct time and place but unfortunately and unbelievably no action was taken and I received a call from the same delivery boy shomnath Dolai around 3pm to collect my delivery from outside my office premises which I of course denied.

I have always ordered myntra product to be shipped to the same office address and have received my product door step then why suddenly such problem arises and why wasn’t any action taken against it on time to ensure hassle free delivery to the customer even after requesting complaint against it? Is this a way to treat your valuable customer even after collecting 150 rupees delivery charges? for this kind of delivery you charge?

Myntra has a short term plan

Reading all the complaints felt everyone is facing same kind of issue and they r not bothered. If they are not taking care of customer experience, one time buyer will not help them ever. So when is Myntra
