didn't get my money
Dear sir
i have bought three product from Myntra one of its products size was not correct i opt for exchange option but my size was not available so i returned one item ,its 1 month and still I didn't get my refund. Even though i have already complaint twice to you i have stopped buying products from this site . very much bad experience with you guys. This is the first time bad experience with Myntra. You should take a serious step on such type of complaint. otherwise no one will go for online shopping.

Fake delivery commitment

I Ordered (Order No.:1058730-6814501-5185901) on 1st of Oct paid through debit card and thought order will reach to me by 8th of oct before I leave to Delhi on 10th of Oct. But on 7th I got a SMS that order is delayed and will be delivered by 9th instead 8th.
All the deadlines are crossed but still order is still in the same state.
I have called Myntra customer care thrice and tolled the all this saga repeatedly but it looks no one is sitting for help instead giving the status which is even there in my app account.
Its now been 10 days since you have taken my money for the products I ordered, but still have no clue when to be delivered.
No one has intimated further delayed.
Who is responsible this delay and for money you have taken.
Who is going to bare compensation of this.
You people are doing fraud with customers giving unrealistic delivery timelines.
I will take a legal action against this for sure.

Return done but refund not received
I ordered a Forever 21 black solid V-neck T Shirt(code:1621875) on July 29, 2017 paid for through Cash On Delivery.
Order No. 1053230-0116394-3499901
I created a return request for the same on July 31st after receiving the delivery of the product. The concerned person who picked up the product, did not give me any slip/acknowledgement for the successful pickup even after I demanded it from him.
However, I received a message from Myntra that the product has been successfully returned and that the payment will be refunded in a few days.
Now after 2 weeks of the successful pickup, the payment for the same is not reflecting in my bank account. Kindly, look into this matter and initiate a refund asap.
