On 30th May 2017 Acknowledgement Number ; 881031235312410 Name ; PRADNYA VISHAL BHOSALE When I check for the status of PAN, It Shows as ‘We have received the documents with reference to your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data'. Your application is under process with NSDL’ form the 31st May 2017 to till date . (Its been more than 2 weeks ,how many days are pending ?) non receipt of pan card sir, I have applied for renewal of my pan card acknowledgement no. 881031213972943 on 06 Feb 17. after varyfing​ of my documents 02 discripency is there that is my DOB not clear and 01 photographs is short. I have sent these documents by speed post which received by your office on 05 April 17. it is also confirmed by your representative on 28 May 17 over the telephone. They told me your complaint shall be forwarded and action will be taken despite all this nothing is happened. ITD yet to inform status of your application". But this message is appearing since two months neither they are updating the current status nor issuing the PAN card. We have not received any written communication so far. Request you to kindly look in to it and do the needful or otherwise provide us the contact details of the concern for getting this sorted. Fresh PAN Issuance - Token no. - 0008088388 Have submitted an application vide token number - 0008088388 and have made the payment thrice for the same , however the payment got cancelled every time and amount got deducted from my bank account. Please help confirm the reason for payment cancellation and please confirm by when the amount is reversed to my bank account. Also, have tried contact customer care many times with the captioned token no. , but unable to get through , additionally no one is responding on the mails as well.please confirm what is the use of such online service when it is not working at all. Urgent intervention required.

Error: Your request can not be processed. Please try after some time. Dear PAN authority, I tried to link my Aadhar with pan and i couldn't do it because my name has spelling mistakes. I applied for updations of pan card details online through paperless and made payment as well and the payment was successful. Amount deducted from my bank account but it didn't submit the form as in the middle of the process it's redirected to error page as I mentioned in the subject lines. After trying multiple times with online paperless option (every time it throws error), I tried e-sign option with scanned copies of the supporting documents. Again the amount got deducted and the application not accepted. I tried more than 5 times and every time i paid the amount 117 Rs. Its really bad that the government is making AADHAAR-Pan linkage compulsory without proper facility or infrastructure. I didn't get the refund of the last transaction i made. Its a real cheating. REFUND NOT RECEIVED AND DELAY IN PAN CARD PROCESSING Dear Authority, I lost My Pan Card and I applied for changes in pan card / New pan application online through NSDL PAN application online portal and made payment as well and the payment was successful and the amount of Rs.111.60 deducted from my bank account HAVING REFERENCE NO. XXXXXXXXX but it didn't submitted and said kindly make a fresh payment your last payment will be refunded . and there after I have submit an another application having token no.0005921764. and Rs.111.60 deducted from my bank account HAVING REFERENCE NO. I have received acknowledgement number in my email as I had process further documents for getting PAN CARD .Please refund my money. I am waiting for pan card since from two months, and really not happy with pan card services. My acknowledgement number :N-881031226400555.
