I had lots of problems with Lenovo Support. They took my phone to repair but not returned in time (more than one and half month). I raised complaint through this page and resolved with in 2 days.

After sending a hand written letter to Lenovo Support mentioning compliant registered number, they responded quickly and delivered my phone.

MANY of my friends and colleagues having problems with Lenovo phones.
