Dear Senior Executive,
Uber India,
Uber India,
It is to inform you that in the morning I had booked the cab for Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi from Surya city, Guru Gram, Haryana.
After reaching the pick-up point, the driver (Shri Yogendra) asked, where do you have to travel?
After this, I gave the details of the drop point and then the above driver cited the car not sufficient CNG and he canceled the trip.
After that, Uber imposed a fine of Rs 42 / - as a cancellation fee on me.

In the respect of above said concerned, the aforesaid driver has played irirresponsiblity with me, and for this, the company imposed a fine of Rs 42 on the cancellation fee, instead it should have been imposed on the driver. It is totally unlawful.
I have also sent a complaint regarding illegal recovery on your email ID support@uber.com. uber.india@uber.com But this email ID does not receive consumers' complaints.
I am very surprised to see the company's business on behalf of this illegal policy.
